Spark Magazine 2nd Edition Now Live online

The latest population estimate of Sultanate of Oman had a total of 1.5 million youth in the age group 18 to 29 years by mid of 2021, according to the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI) website. This number shows how critical it is to develop and prepare this age group for future challenges and equip them with the required leadership skills. National Young Professionals NYP committee under the auspices of the Ministry of Energy and Minerals was established in May 2018. Aiming to provide a platform for the Energy industry Young Professionals to learn from their industry leaders and colleagues on how to thrive and build the key skills to tackle future challenges, deliver value and hence, live the industry sustainability.  

As part of NYP vision to champion ideas that leads to change and bridge the gap between generations, we are launching the first NYP Magazine as the young professional publication to share their opinions, outstanding projects, challenges, inspiring career experience. We named our magazine "Spark by NYP" which represents the ignition energy, inspiring ideas, and the momentum by the Omani National Young Professionals to contribute and add value.
